Do you ship internationally?
Distributor must specify the carrier and provide all shipping documents, including custom papers.

Do you memo bill random or blank samples?
Yes. We bill for the samples when shipped and charge freight. You may return the samples with a copy of our invoice and we will credit the merchandise costs, less a $2.00 restock charge. Unless blank samples are requested, random samples will be sent.

How can I track my shipment?
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number and link to a website.
