In order to better serve our ProMask® customer, we are accepting artwork electronically. This allows our customers to have more control over their artwork and also allow us to make corrections more easily. You may send artwork files on a diskette or via e-mail to promask@martinglass.com.

File Format Guidelines:

Media
Zip Disks, Floppy Disks, CD's

Programs
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Corel

File Formats
Save as an .ai file (Adobe Illustrator), or eps file within Adobe Illustrator. We also accept tif file saved in Adobe Photoshop at least 600dpi. If the file is more than 1MB, please compress the files using a zip program such as StuffIt Deluxe.

Art Specifications:

• Size
• Quantity
• Front or Back Blast
• Any changes or alterations

Please include the following:

• Name/Contact
• Company
• Address
• Phone/Fax

Important Information:

When sending electronic files on a disk, we request that you please send a black & white hard copy of the artwork.

Please include any necessary instructions such as size, quantity, and front or back blast.

If there are fonts, it is best to "Create Outlines" of fonts, or send us the fonts, but must be in Mac format and send both Suitcase and the Outline font file, one will not work without the other.

When sending in a ProMask® order there is important information that should be included so we can process your order more efficiently. When sending Vellum or Positive FX, make sure density and line width is sufficient.
