Normal production time is two (2) weeks after receipt of
complete order.

There is a $3.00 handling charge on each master carton shipped.

Even the finest crystal has
slight variations in size, color and clarity. Bubbles, shear marks and
flow lines are inevitable in blown and molded crystal. These minor
variations are not considered defects.

Email proof are no charge
Paper fax proofs are no charge for the first five pages. Each
additional pages up to five are 12.50(V)
Allow three working days for delivery. One proof at no charge,
additional proofs $12.50 (V) each.
Rush Order proofs $12.50 (V) per layout. Receipt of proof approval
required before production will begin.
Appropriate set up charges apply. Etching charge $3.75 (V) per
location, per piece.
No Charge
Random samples will be shipped unless blanks are requested. Billed
random samples may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment.
To insure proper credit enclose invoice copy for reference. Outgoing
and incoming freight are the responsibility of the distributor. Pre-production
and self-promotion samples available. Call for information.

Die charge $31.25 (V).
Etch charge $2.00 (V) per piece.
PMS matching is not guaranteed.
Flood coating/stain coloring:
$6.25 (V) first color per side, per piece.
$3.75 (P) each additional color, per side, per piece. PMS matching
colors not available. Add three working days to normal production.
