Do you provide paper proofs?
We provide one paperproof per item at no charge. Paperproof must be requested on purchase order. There is a charge per page for additional proofs and they must be requested on your purchase order.

What is the smallest point size you can etch legibly?
It depends on the typestyle used. Something like Helvetica can be etched at around 10 pts., whereas a script would have to be a larger point size to etch legibly.

Can you etch in a second location?
It depends on the item. Many pieces have a second etch area. A set up charge would apply, as well as an opposite side etch charge, per side, per piece.

Do you colorfill?
Yes, colorfill is available.

Do you etch customer supplied pieces?
We can etch customer supplied merchandise if items contain an adequate area for etching. Usual set up charges apply plus a per piece etching charge. We are not responsible for breakage on customer supplied merchandise.

Do you accept artwork via E-mail?

Artwork Requirements

• Hardcopy/paper
• Black & white line art, 600 dpi (vector art).
• No grayscale, color, jpeg, or placed images

Digital

• Adobe Illustrator 8.0 eps or ai file.
• Macintosh format.
• Include all Mac base fonts and/or create outline/curves.
• If file too large, use Stuffit.

Grayscale or raster images, not acceptable.
If unacceptable art, $50 (V) per hour to convert.
